The film above is the short film I produced with my filming crew at the end of my first year at university. The film was developed for the Script, Screen and Realisation module of my BA Hons Degree in Media Production. My own responsibilties included organising meetings, booking equipment for filming days agreed by me and the team, assisting the camera operator and director and recording all the sound and audio as the Sound producer.
Syonopsis - The films portrays one main protagonist a young male university student who has to overcome his fear of hights as most of his classes are represented to be on high floors including his accomodation. As the audience you will follow him on his quest to over come his phobia through all the pain and fear he is feeling will he be able to do it.
Multi-Camera Production - Consumer Show - Kazaam

The production to the right is of my first Multi-Camera production during my second year at university, where as a team we decided to approach producing a consumer show with a twist linked with a Aladdin theme. Kazaam showcases different consumer issues with certain products and addresses to the audeince how they can resolve these issues through VTs, presenter, character and graphic interaction.
My main responsibilty for this production was working as part of the VT team assisting in camera opperation aswell as my main studio and gallery roles as Lighting assistant and Autoque operator. I also assisted in the production and set up of set in the scene dock and TV studio.
Photography Screen Based Project - Grimsby has Great Places if you Know Where not to Look

The production to the right is my screen based project for my second year Photography Projects module where the location picked for the assignment was Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire. This project was the final piece produced to complete my second year Photography specialism at the side of my other specialism Multi-Camera Productions.
For this project I decided to think about what I could photograph and film to document the town's rich history and take on a tourism approach to represent it. From locations such as the historic people's Park and the main areas of the town were chosen to photograph and film in. This approach picked out historic and industrail heritage.
My main responsibilty for this project was mainly producing the photographs, filming in locations, recording, writing and saying the narration, aswell as editing the entire project through Adobe's Premiere Pro .The soundtrack was sourced through Creative Commons's Music Archive.
Destiny Wireless - Destiny Digital Pen

The above video shows evidence of my client based work where I worked as part of a team to produce a case study of Destiny Wirleless's Digital Pen and how their pen is benificial to my college's many different departments to reduce work load and save time. My own responsibilty for this project was recording all sound and dialouge with a Zoom recorder as Sound producer on location and locations outside college. In addition to this role I also assisted my other team members, such as Camera operator, Editor and Director to complete the project.

The video left evidences footage of some of the different projects I had undertaken at college and produced them into a showreel to represent the type of projects and productions I have been involved in. This video also contains evidence of my client based work from the case study above for Destiny Wireless.
To produce the showreel I used Adobe's Premiere Pro to edit it together and export it once complete. Then uploaded it to Youtube for it to be shared and watched by others. This included sharing it with universities when I had applied to my chosen universites during academic year 2012- 2013.
Multi-Camera Production - Drama - The High Tower

The Production to the left is my second and final production for Multi-Camera during my second year at university and was produced as a drama for the free project module after Christmas 2014. A drama was decided opon by the group once we had all pitched our proposals of what could be the production for after Christmas 2014. This production was called The High Tower and was linked with a steam punk theme throughout, in addition to the use of a variety of VTs used as flashbacks for part of the narrative.
My main responsibilty for this production was Camera operator during the rehersals and main production, aswell as being a member of the research and set team.
Lincoln Film Production Summer School - "In my Dreams" Short Film Production

The film to the left is the short film produced during my time participating in my university's Film Production Summer School during the final two weeks of July 2015. The production had its challenges as me and my small team had to produce all preproduction, the production and edit within four days for it to be shown in front of an audience the Friday evening.
Syonopsis - Alice is a young university student who enters a dream like plane and brings something new back each time, but what she does not realise is that something else has also followed her from this world. Can Alice ever escape this dream like plane and defeat what has followed her or will it never end? Follow Alice to discover her fate.
My main responsibilty for this production was Camera operator as well as recording some of the wildtrack and audio, editing part of the film together with effects through Premiere Pro and assisting in the decoration and production of filming locations and sets.
My preproduction responsibilty was engaging with the idea process, script production and mapping of the type of shots to be used where I could transfer my still image skills to moving image.
